About the Service
NiuNiu Wealth is a personal portfolio journal and discipline check-in tool. It is not a broker, investment adviser, exchange, or custodian.
By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
No Financial Advice
Risk comfort zone, AI notes, weekly reviews, projections, and any prompts are for personal logging and self-review only. They are not buy, sell, hold, allocation, or other financial advice.
You alone are responsible for investment decisions and outcomes. Do not rely on the Service as your sole decision tool.
Subscriptions & Payment (Apple)
Pro subscriptions (monthly, yearly, and any free trial) are purchased and renewed through the Apple App Store. Billing, refunds, and cancellation follow Apple’s rules.
Subscriptions may auto-renew until you cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancel before the current period ends to avoid the next charge.
Prices are as shown in the App Store. If a free trial is offered, it may convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel.
Restore Purchases can re-link an existing entitlement to the signed-in account where allowed by Apple and our rules.
Accounts & Acceptable Use
You are responsible for lawful sign-in methods, accurate inputs, and activity on your account.
Do not abuse the Service, disrupt systems, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service for illegal purposes.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms when reasonably necessary.
Data & Deletion
You may export backups or delete your account. Deletion is generally irreversible.

Intellectual Property
Software, UI, copy, and brand elements of the Service are protected by applicable law. Do not copy or modify them except as allowed by law.
Disclaimers & Limitation
The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
Governing Law & Contact
Subject to mandatory local law, these Terms may be governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).
